Flourish + Fun

Sweet little Emma had her first newborn photo shoot with our friend Beth, only a few short days after her arrival. So here she is - meet Emma Rose! We love her so much, she is a total doll. We are pretty obsessed with her already and our love for her grows more and more with each day that passes. Wild how much we love her and how time flies! How is she 4 weeks old already?! Emma is a tiny ballerina, once we un-swaddle her she often stretches out her long legs and points her toes, while at the same time arching her arm in a half moon pose. Look out Juiliard! Emma loves to sleep, but unfortunately not through the night, especially as we need to wake her to eat because she's such a small baby, but she does enjoy little naps in the day. During these naps she pouts her lips often (so cute!) and sometimes makes funny faces at us. Emma loves to snuggle with mommy and daddy too! We are now a little family of three and we couldn't be happier.

It's amazing how a bright beautiful bunch of flowers can brighten my day. Every Wednesday and Saturday Santa Monica has an incredible farmers market with the freshest fruit, vegetables, jams, and blooms, to name just a few of my favorite things. I love scouring the streets to sample the food and hand pick the local varieties.
