We headed North a few weekends ago for Uncle Chris's 30th Birthday surprise party. It was held in Calistoga at a gorgeous beer garden behind a darling little restaurant in downtown. Evangeline did an incredible job arranging the party and we had an absolute blast. Photo recap below. :-)  SURPRISE!!!!

WHAAAAATTT?!? We look like we are 21, oh wait, 25. And yes, I was actually wearing good mascara and gloss, and my highlights were done. And my man's shirt was ironed and he is striking a handsome pose. Sigh, this is what we used to look like when we got good sleep... what a difference a few sleepless years make huh! Isn't it funny some of the positions you find babies in when they are sleeping?  We have our kiddos swaddled {almost every single time they sleep} so they never get the option of sleeping in funny ways. BUT after nursing Ava at a friends place this past weekend, I put her down on the changing table and went to change her diaper when I realized she was fast asleep! Posed ever so perfectly like a posh little lady. :-)
