Flourish + Fun

We added gold polka dots to the girls closet doors to dress them up. Boo boo loved them!!! I was treated to sleeping in, coffee, love notes, and flowers... just because!  Silly faces on Saturday morning! Isn't Boo boo so funny, her first silly selfie. :-) Playdates with our sweet Kirra, we baked and decorated cookies.

Last week we headed to the Bluffs to catch some views and sunrays. Daddy Kyle had a work errand with some fancy schmancy clients, so we piggy backed on his trip and carpooled with him to this gorgeous destination. Oh and it was only a 5 min car ride to this gem, seriously sometimes I wonder where we live! It's ALWAYS breathtaking!!! And the age of these girls, I am loving my afternoons with my little ladies, they are both too sweet right now. Later that night we double dated with a few of our favorites, Jaime and Jake. We headed to a dirt parking lot, and ventured into a restaurant that is seemingly questionable for it's interior, but has the best steak on the central coast {that is next to my other faves Far Western & Hitching Post}. We had the best time!

We headed out on Saturday afternoon for a quick family adventure. Since moving back to the central coast, 2 years ago, we really have been insanely busy with no break in sight... until now! We are excited to get out and explore all of the beauty and fun places that are in the areas around us in our "new" home. All hair queen-branch-head! After Em took a pretty bad fall, she was not in the mood for a photo moment.  {sometimes saying "eeeeee" can cheer her up, not this time}

Marshmallow tug-of-war with this sweet lady at Granda! I feel like a human jungle gym with this cute climbing maniac  I mean, come on, could they get any cuter?! We made a huge collection in the little red wagon, they collected everything they could from the neighborhood, including our neighbors cat, kitty katie. I made them put her back. :-) First annual, Daddy Daughter Double Date!! These two just LOVED it, who wouldn't?! Girls getting dressed up, hanging with their daddy, and lots and lots of CAKE!!!

Our lives lately... Trying to get a few mommy / daughter shots... never really works. Well, sometimes... Bathtime is a major hit!!! Em's friends. :-) Ava was enamored with, ugh, the wine fridge. haha!

We made it!  First Time Visitors to Disneyland, Emma and Ava got special pins! :-)  First princess up, Cinderellllyyyyyy!!! Emma & Ariel {her favorite!} She was awkwardly shy, it was pretty funny. Ava & Ariel! Axel was sweet talking all of the princesses! They loved him.  Hey, why isn't she sleeping? :-) Isn't little Lillia hysterical in this photo!!! :-) The babies!! The little lovebirds.

We headed to SD to hang with our friends and celebrate the union of Megan and Chris. It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla. The company was hilarious, the bride was stunning, the view spectacular, the surf...epic, and the dinner, drinks and dessert were unbelievably tasty! We loved being able to celebrate our dear friends!
