A Cup Of Christmas Tea

Every year our church hosts A Christmas Tea for the women. It's seriously amazing. They have a full program with Christmas Carols, talented soloists, sweet but short sermon, and then the Tea begins. There are roughly a thousand women who attend. But believe it or not, it feels like a small quaint event, because it is so personalized. Each table has a host who decorates the table with all of their own china, crystal and tea time items. And the hosts always elaborately decorate the table beautifully. Each table is assigned a butler {in full tux} that waits on the ladies. All people are volunteers and it's truly a magical event. It is a great kick off to the Holiday season!








This year, my friend Melanie invited me to join her table. The decorations were amazing and the savory tea sandwiches, mini bundt cakes, sweets and warm tea topped off the chilly afternoon.
