Birthday Blowout

To celebrate my birthday, my parents took us to an amazing new little restaurant Trattoria Uliveto in Old Orcutt. We dined on spinach ravioli, veal picatta, pumpkin ravioli, mozzarella, mushroom, sausage, and arugula pizza. After dinner we went over to K&J's to have a family Birthday party complete with homemade chocolate cake, rasberry filling and buttercream frosting, specially made for me by Katie. 

My favorite moment of the evening, in addition to the yummy food, was when the whole family stood around in a circle holding hands singing a harmonious Happy Birthday!
