Story Time

This is one of our favorite times of the day, story time. We read lots of books each day, and this is one of Emma's faves, The Circus Ship. Along with Goodnight Moon, Bedtime Prayers, all Dr.Seuss, and Brown Bear of course.

I think this is one of her top picks because her name {Emma Rose} is in the book {randomly, nice find Auntie Suz!} and the photos are beautifully illustrated. How do I know it's one of her top picks if she can't talk you ask, well by her coos and smiles of course.

    My favorite was a book about a teddy bear who was learning his road drill. It was given to us at school in Kindergarten. I still remember some of the words today. "Teddy wanted chocolate but chocolate doesn't last so Teddy bought some toffee it doesn't go so fast.".

    My favorites were the Winnie The Pooh books... So much so that when we were growing up my dad often called me Pooh and Doug Piglet..... Dad

    i love GO DOG GO when dad read it...he mad it so silly and fun, and the peter and jane books mom read to me. that's how i thought of your middle name li.
